Our remotely managed office is available to assist you by phone from 9 am to 5 pm. You can also rent or manage your account online anytime.

You can access your storage unit during normal hours from 6 am to 10 pm. You can also request extended 24 hour access, giving you the flexibility to retrieve or store your belongings at times that are convenient for you.

We offer both climate controlled and drive-up units, ranging from 5x5 to 10x25. The listed sizes are estimates and actual units may vary.

Climate-controlled units are located inside our main building with wide, well-lit hallways and easy cart access. They maintain a temperature between 55°F and 85°F year-round — essential in Central Texas where summers regularly exceed 100°F. These are ideal for furniture, electronics, documents, photos, musical instruments, and anything sensitive to heat.

Drive-up units let you pull your vehicle right up to the unit door for easy loading and unloading — no stairs, no hallways. These are great for items that aren't temperature-sensitive, like tools, outdoor equipment, and seasonal gear. Learn more on our Climate-Controlled Storage page.

We offer units ranging from 5x5 to 10x25. As a quick guide: a 5x5 fits about 10–15 boxes and small furniture (like a closet), a 5x10 holds a mattress set, dresser, and boxes (like a walk-in closet), a 10x10 — our most popular size — fits the contents of a full 2-bedroom home, and a 10x20 is like a one-car garage for a whole house plus extra belongings. Yes — many of our tenants use their units for business inventory, supplies, documents, and equipment. Our most popular business sizes are 10x10 and 10x20, and we can accommodate multiple employee access on a single lease. With 24-hour access available for qualified tenants, you can manage inventory on your own schedule. Getting started is easy — just follow these four steps:

Step 1: Choose the Right Storage Unit — Browse our available units by size and type. Choose from climate-controlled inside units or drive-up access outside units. Not sure what size you need? Check our size guide or chat with our AI assistant anytime.

Step 2: Rent Online in Minutes — Click "Select" on the unit you want, then choose "Rent Now" to complete the digital lease online — no appointment needed. Enjoy simple digital signing, secure online payments, and flexible month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment.

Step 3: Get Your Access Codes — After renting, you'll receive an email with your assigned unit number, gate access code, and combination lock code. Save this information — you'll use it every time you visit. A yellow lock is provided on your unit.

Step 4: Move In on Your Schedule — Use your gate code to enter the facility and locate your unit. Access hours are 6 AM to 10 PM daily, with 24-hour access available upon request. Drive-up units let you pull right up to your door.

No, there is no long-term commitment required at Next Storage. We offer flexible rental terms to suit your needs, whether short-term or long-term. The month-to-month lease terms are subject to price changes to account for the rising costs associated with providing high-quality storage. Next Storage will provide advanced notifications of any such changes to lease terms.

We accept all major debit or credit cards and ACH transfer. Autopay is required for all storage.

Your monthly rental payments are due on the date noted in your rental agreement, which is on the first of the month.

Yes! We proudly offer storage discounts for active duty, reserves, National Guard, and veterans. Located just 1/4 mile from the Fort Hood Clear Creek Gate, we're the closest storage facility to base. At Next Storage, we have numerous security measures in place. We use bright LED lighting and a 24hr video surveillance system for monitoring. Our gates and doors are password protected and the property is surrounded by fencing.

Moving out is simple — just follow these three steps:

Step 1: Remove Items & Clean Your Unit — Remove all belongings and leave the unit clean before your move-out date. Remove any personal locks and leave it the way you found it. A clean-up fee may apply if the unit is not left in acceptable condition.

Step 2: Email Us to Notify — Send an email to [email protected] before your next billing cycle. Include your name and unit number, along with a photo of your cleaned-out unit. You must email from the address on your account.

Step 3: Complete Your Lease — Your rental agreement ends after your last month's payment. Make sure all belongings are removed and the unit is cleaned before the end of your billing cycle. That's it — no extra fees, no penalties, no long process.
