Our facility sits at 2812 Clear Creek Rd in Killeen — a quarter mile from the Fort Hood Clear Creek Gate, right next to Walmart. We chose this location deliberately. A huge part of this community is military, and military life comes with constant transitions: PCS moves, deployments, temporary duty. Storage shouldn't add stress to that.
That's why we offer military discounts for active duty, reserves, National Guard, and veterans. Month-to-month leases with no long-term contracts — because you can't always predict when orders will come through. A lot of our tenants are soldiers and their families, and we take that responsibility seriously.
We also serve families and businesses across Central Texas — Harker Heights, Belton, Temple, Copperas Cove, Nolanville, and Gatesville. No On-Site Office. On Purpose.
Most storage facilities pay for a full-time on-site manager, a front desk, and a showroom — and pass those costs on to you. We made a different choice. Next Storage is remotely managed, which means we run leaner and keep rates lower. Everything you need to do — from renting a unit to paying your bill — happens online at any hour.
But remotely managed doesn't mean unmanaged. We monitor the property 24/7 through video surveillance. Every gate is password-protected. The entire facility is perimeter-fenced with bright LED lighting. Climate-controlled units stay between 55°F and 85°F year-round — because in Central Texas, a 100°F day in a metal box will destroy furniture, electronics, and documents. We invested in the infrastructure that actually protects your stuff, not the overhead that just drives up your monthly rate.
